The law in New Jersey requires all applicants for licensure as a real estate salesperson or broker to possess good character, trustworthiness, honesty and integrity.
The Fair Housing Continuing Education CE requirement has been implemented and is now required for the current — license cycle. All individual licensees except Salespersons Referral must complete a minimum of 1 Hour of Fair Housing in the Core category in order to fulfill their CE requirements.
If license renewal is not completed by July 19, , the license will become inactive. Breakdown of Required CE Hours. Classes rotate regularly so that you can start anytime during the day or evening, including weekends.
While this course is one of the most expensive, they offer some of the most comprehensive online real estate packages in New Jersey. Besides the comprehensive basic courses, their best assets are their real estate mathematics, financing, mortgage, and valuation classes.

All PL classes are taught on weekdays in 5 hour live virtual sessions. Ideally, students should finish the course in 3 weeks. Students who need more time are encouraged to take classes in other schools, but EZ real estate provides additional testing upon request. Online courses allowed in New Jersey should be in the online format of live webinars, virtual classrooms, or video conferencing.
